A scenario is a collection of actions that are executed when a new email arrives. You can assign a scenario to one or multiple email accounts, and for each scenario, you have the option to add a condition to filter the emails.


Creating a scenario


Step 1: Click on left menu 'Scenario(s)', then click on 'New scenario'

Step 2: Click on 'Add action' to choose the action you want to add, for example 'Print email body'.

  • Set the action settings and valid
  • Now you can see the action listed in the scenario's list



Step 3: Click on Next to set an optional condition


Step 4: Click on next to define a name for this scenario, you can also choose the account(s) to apply this scenario
