Easily back up, save, export, and archive your emails with this automated action.
- Folder: Specify the local or network folder, where you can include variable fields. If the folder doesn't exist, it will be automatically created.
- NOTE: If you are using a network folder, avoid using folder shortcuts like x:, as these shortcuts are not accessible in Windows service mode (when no user is logged in). Please use the actual network shortcut, such as \\myserver\disk\folder.
- File: Enter the desired filename, including fields to generate a unique filename. You can also utilize functions to extract specific parts of the field.
- File format: Choose the desired output format, including PDF, EML (standard email format), MSG (Microsoft Outlook format), image formats (PNG, TIFF, JPG), or simply TEXT format.
- Paper size: Used when converting to PDF to specify the paper size.
- With template: Similar to printing, you can select a visual template to display the email.
- Use these email data: By default, it utilizes the HTML email data, but you can opt to use other email data or a specific section of the email using the Data Extractor (see here »).
