If you're looking to print solely the textual content of an email, excluding the header, the 'Print Email body' action provides a selection of templates, one of which caters specifically to this need.
To modify the print template, follow these steps to edit the 'Print Email body' action:
- Edit the scenario you are using.
- All available actions will be displayed. Edit the 'Print Email body' action.
- Under the printer choice, select the appropriate template: 'Only message text.txt'.
Having completed these steps, the action will now print only the textual content of your emails. Don't forget you can also create your own printing template.
