'Auto Print Order' works fine with any printer installed on your computer (even for network printer), like A4 printer or letter or even receipt printer. Generally, when it fails with receipt printer it is due to the use of a generic text printer driver or because you use default settings. 



NOTE: You must use the official printer driver from the manufacturer, here some examples:

- You own an Epson receipt printer like TMT88. Get the Windows driver here:

Instructions to set printer settings manually


Step 1: Edit the account in 'Auto Print Order'

  • Click on next button to move to the actions panel

  • Then select the receipt printer and click on 'Printer settings >'


Step 2: Click on the option 'I prefer to use the original default printer settings' to set NO

  • Now you can select the right paper size which is especially important with receipt printer.
