If there's a specific file type you wish to exclude from processing by the Automatic Email Manager, you can easily customize this in the settings. This platform, by default, processes a standard list of file types that arrive as attachments, but you have the flexibility to add new extensions or disable existing ones. Here's how you can achieve this:

1. Navigate to 'File Types Management' by clicking on the left menu 'Settings', followed by the 'Email attachment' section, and finally click on 'File Types Management'.

The default list of file types available for processing will be displayed:

List of file types available by default.

2. In the extension search box, input the extension that you wish to modify. Once located, simply click on the 'Process?' button and select 'No'.

And that's it! By following these steps, you can easily customize the file types that Automatic Email Manager will process.
