For a comprehensive handling of all attachment types, Automatic Email Manager, by default, processes known file types determined by their extensions. However, there may be occasions when it's essential to save attachments with unconventional file extensions (such as numbers from an EDI), or even those without an extension.

You now have the ability to instruct Automatic Email Manager to process all attachments, although it's important to note that this must be done with due consideration of potential risks. To achieve this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the settings via the left menu 'Settings', followed by the 'Email attachment' section.

2. Click on the 'File Types Management' button.

3. Add the new value * to process all file types.

By following this procedure, you will enable Automatic Email Manager to handle all types of attachments with their default program when unknown.
