If you're using an outdated version of Automatic Email Manager (versions 4, 5, 6, or 7), you can upgrade to the latest version while preserving your data.
Please note that your existing data will not be deleted. The latest version of Automatic Email Manager will be installed in a new folder. If you prefer to revert to your previous version, you have that option as well.
Here are the steps to upgrade:
1. Download the demo version of Automatic Email Manager. Don't worry, your data will be saved during the update. You can get it here: https://www.automatic-email-manager.com/download/automaticemailmanager.exe
2. Install the downloaded version. When you run it for the first time, it will automatically detect any previous installed versions (such as version 4, 5, 6, or 7) and import the maximum amount of data possible (accounts, actions, etc.). Once it's running, please review the account settings and check the group of actions. In some cases, you may need to adjust the settings.
3. If you're upgrading from a version prior to 7, you can enter your new license key if you have one or order the upgrade (contact us to inquire about your upgrade discount). After completing the upgrade, you can uninstall your previous version. If you don't uninstall, it may result in your emails being processed twice.
If you are a registered customer for a previous version and you want to download an old version: Please contact us with your license information (license name or registration number).
